We believe that the best loan journey combines a seamless digital experience from application all the way to settlement.

The interactions between customers and our people have an outsized impact on their experience – and we’re all about delivering great customer outcomes.

As a member of our Settlements Team, you will be:

  • Conducting retention discussions and effectively communicating our Unloan customer proposition and product offering.
  • Performing key tasks to fast track the settlement experience for our customers, especially within PEXA.
  • Supporting a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
