- The Environment: Prior tenure inside a Major Hazard Facility (MHF), chemical refinery, utilities grid, or bulk liquid fuel storage asset network is highly prioritised.
- The Mindset: A self-starting specialist comfortable managing independent site workloads, tracking data trends, and remaining steady during complex terminal scenarios.
- The Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred. A Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS is required (or a committed drive to rapidly acquire one).
- Value Adds: Experience as a certified Return-to-Work Coordinator or holding a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) will give you an immediate edge.
