About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:
  • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
About the role (What you'll be doing)

You will be part of the editorial team and support ambassador content, organic social, and day-to-day content planning. This is a creative, execution-focused role for someone who can write well, thinks in social, and enjoys working across scripting, content development, and coordination.

You will help bring ambassador content to life from brief to delivery, support the organic content calendar, and work across teams to turn ideas and insights into content that feels right for the channel and audience.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Own the ambassador brief and script workflow, including drafting briefs and scripts, coordinating reviews, and managing revision rounds
  • Manage talent communications and help keep content production moving against the calendar
  • Review incoming content for quality, compliance, and channel fit
  • Plan and create community and organic content calendars in line with editorial priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on monthly content needs
  • Research trends, formats, hashtags, and audio on TikTok and Instagram relevant to Juniper’s audience
  • Create organic content using ambassador content, community insights, and broader educational research on women’s health
  • Help shape the tone of voice across organic social channels and schedule content across TikTok
About you (Who you are):
  • Strong writer with sharp editorial instincts. You can draft scripts, social copy, and content briefs that feel clear, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Social-native. You have a strong feel for TikTok and Instagram, understand what works on each platform, and know how to shape content for the audience.
  • Versatile and hands-on. You’re comfortable moving between writing, planning, editing, talent comms, and content coordination.
  • Confident in making content yourself. You can create or edit simple social content and are comfortable using tools like CapCut.
  • Curious and eager to grow. You want to learn across writing, social, scripting, and publishing, and you’re excited by a role with broad exposure.
  • Early in your career, but already building relevant experience. Journalism, content, publishing, copywriting, or social media experience would all translate well.
