Profile Requirements:

  • Social Media Content Creation Experience: Prior hands-on experience creating and posting content across Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and/or Facebook with an understanding of platform-specific formats and engagement practices
  • Strong Written English Proficiency: Must communicate clearly and professionally across social captions and day-to-day correspondence
  • Video and Graphic Editing Skills: Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar to produce publish-ready content from provided video footage, images, and brand materials
  • Platform and Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current trends, viral content formats, and algorithm behavior across short-form video platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Reliable Follow-Through: Ability to receive clear direction, complete assigned tasks on time, and flag questions or blockers without waiting to be prompted
  • Entertainment or Film Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior exposure to film, talent management, or content creation in support of an entertainment brand or creative project is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with AI tools

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation & Scheduling: Create, edit (photos and videos), and schedule daily content across Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook for three interconnected accounts covering a production company, a released feature film, and an up-and-coming actress and recording artist, using videos, materials, and assets provided by the team
  • Thumbnail & Graphic Design: Produce thumbnails, simple branded graphics, and short-form video cuts using tools such as CapCut or Canva to support a consistent visual identity across all accounts and platforms
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms daily to build audience interaction, grow each account's following, and drive visibility for the film and talent
  • Content Calendar Support: Assist in building and maintaining a posting schedule across all three accounts to ensure consistent daily output aligned with key releases, announcements, and campaign moments
  • Traffic & Audience Funneling: Support efforts to direct social media audiences toward priority destinations including film streaming platforms, music releases, casting announcements, and other revenue-generating activity across the brand ecosystem
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor basic engagement metrics across all accounts and provide regular updates on what content is gaining traction so the team can adjust direction as needed
