Bapcor Retail is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing & Digital team and help bring organic social media and content campaigns to life. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where no two days look the same, and the team is keen to welcome someone ready to hit the ground running.

Job Description

Reporting to the Social & Content Lead, the Social Media Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day execution of social media and content marketing activities across Bapcor Retail.

This role is ideal for someone early in their social media career who’s eager to learn, full of ideas and comfortable working across multiple brands and platforms. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, work closely with designers and agencies, support influencer activity and be involved in content shoots, events and brand partnerships.

The position is hybrid, with most of the week based onsite in Mt Waverley, allowing for close collaboration with Operations and support teams.

You’re curious, enthusiastic and ready to grow.

You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role
  • A genuine passion for social media, content and digital trends
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working across multiple tasks and brands in a fast‑paced environment
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience creating social content (video and/or static) is a bonus
  • Automotive interest is welcome but not essential
