We are hiring for a global top-tier digital asset exchange, serving millions of users across multiple continents. The company operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving market and is known for strong product execution, deep liquidity, and rapid global expansion.

They are now hiring a Social Media Lead to own global social strategy and execution across platforms. This role is responsible for global social media strategy, content innovation, and growth governance. You will lead social matrix operations across multiple platforms, working closely with regional teams, content creators, and marketing leadership.

We are looking for someone creative, culturally sharp, and execution-driven, who understands the pace and dynamics of the Web3 / exchange industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global social media strategy, including platform positioning, content pillars, and growth goals
  • Manage a multi-platform social media matrix (X / Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, regional platforms, etc.)
  • Drive creative content ideation — bold, timely, and native to crypto culture
  • Plan and execute content around market cycles, launches, events, and trending narratives
  • Establish clear content governance, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global consistency with local relevance
  • Monitor trends, memes, sentiment, and competitor activity in real time
  • Manage external agencies, creators, or internal editors where applicable
  • Balance brand safety, compliance awareness, and growth velocity

Qualifications & Background

  • Proven experience leading social media strategy at scale, not just execution
  • Strong creative instincts — able to “make things happen” and drive engagement
  • Deep familiarity with Web3 / crypto / exchange industry rhythms, users, and narratives
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
