This role focuses on execution—bringing the brand to life through high-quality, engaging content across all digital platforms. You will produce, manage, and optimise content aligned with campaign direction and brand voice.
Content Creation & Production
Create and edit:
Reels, TikToks, Stories
Static posts and carousels
Adapt content for:
Consumer marketing (restaurant & bar)
Events and corporate audiences
Graphic Design & Asset Development
Design social content, EDMs, event collateral, and promotional materials
Maintain consistent and premium visual identity
Social Media Management
Manage and publish across:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business
Support LinkedIn content rollout (as directed)
Align posting with campaigns and events calendar
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries
Maintain a polished, brand-aligned tone
Trend Awareness & Creative Input
Stay across platform trends and emerging formats
Proactively suggest creative ideas aligned with brand positioning
Performance Support
Monitor engagement and performance
Optimise content based on insights
Strong experience in social media content creation (hospitality/lifestyle preferred)
Advanced video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
Graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok performance
Experience producing EDMs and marketing assets
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams
Consistent, high-quality content output
Strong engagement and brand relevance
Effective support of campaigns and event promotion
Fast turnaround of content and creative assets
