How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Developing and executing a global social media strategy that aligns with SafetyCulture’s brand and business objectives.
  • Managing and growing SafetyCulture’s presence across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok), leveraging platform trends and insights.
  • Crafting compelling content, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories, that resonate with our audiences and spark engagement.
  • Managing creators and an influencer program, fostering partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Planning, executing, and managing paid social campaigns to boost content and drive performance.
  • Monitoring and analysing social media performance, using data and insights to optimize strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and executives to amplify SafetyCulture’s thought leadership and employer brand.
  • Responding to audience interactions and overseeing community management, building authentic relationships with followers.

About You

  • Social media management experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech or agency environment.
  • Proven experience growing social media audiences and delivering high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Expertise in social media tools (e.g. Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign management.
