About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, content, and growth of our online presence across all major platforms. In this role, you’ll build our brand’s digital community, create compelling content, and manage paid social campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the finance and property industries
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Manage daily community interactions and respond to comments/messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with business objectives
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and optimising strategy for growth and ROI
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance analysis
  • Stay updated on platform changes and new tools to ensure best-in-class execution
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management (finance/property industry preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, audience-specific content
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform content decisions
  • Proven track record in managing paid social campaigns with measurable results
  • Creative thinker with deep understanding of digital communities and trends
  • Passion for simplifying complex financial/property concepts into accessible, engaging content
