Profile Requirements:

  • Up to 2 Years of Experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Content Creation, Brand Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar role
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, content creation, and audience growth
  • Experience sending LinkedIn invitations and building professional networks
  • Experience creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Experience creating and managing email newsletters
  • Strong data gathering, organization, and reporting skills
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and track marketing data
  • Ability to review social media and marketing metrics and identify trends
  • Graphic design experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience creating graphics, carousels, social posts, and branded marketing materials
  • Experience making routine website content and design updates
  • Familiarity with Calendly or similar appointment-scheduling platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement and calls to action
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience within financial services, professional services, insurance, investments, or another trust-based industry is a major plus
  • Creative, analytical, proactive, and capable of independently developing new content ideas
  • Portfolio or examples of previous social media and graphic design work are strongly preferred

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Make LinkedIn a primary channel for brand growth, networking, and appointment generation
  • Create and publish professional LinkedIn posts designed to educate audiences, build credibility, and generate interest
  • Identify relevant professionals, business owners, prospects, and potential strategic partners on LinkedIn
  • Send targeted LinkedIn connection invitations and consistently grow the company's professional network
  • Engage with relevant LinkedIn connections, posts, and conversations
  • Create posts and calls to action that direct interested prospects to Calendly to schedule appointments
  • Track LinkedIn invitations, connections, engagement, conversations, and appointments generated
  • Review, redesign, and update company and professional LinkedIn and social media profiles
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Create graphics, carousels, short-form videos, educational posts, promotional content, and other social media assets
  • Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms to create professional graphics and branded materials
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual presentation across social media, newsletters, and the website
  • Create and distribute professional email newsletters
  • Design newsletter layouts, graphics, educational content, and calls to action
  • Maintain newsletter lists and assist with organizing contact information
  • Repurpose newsletter content into social media posts and website content
  • Add newsletters, articles, graphics, videos, and other approved content to the company website
  • Make routine website content, image, profile, and page updates
  • Review the website and online profiles for outdated information and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain an organized social media and newsletter content calendar
  • Work with leadership to turn financial education, company information, and professional insights into engaging content
  • Gather, organize, and maintain marketing and social media data
  • Create and maintain Excel or Google Sheets trackers, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Track LinkedIn activity, social media performance, website traffic, newsletter activity, Calendly bookings, leads, and appointments
  • Track reach, impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, connections, and appointment activity
  • Organize data so leadership can easily understand what marketing activities are producing results
  • Compare performance across posts, newsletters, platforms, and campaigns
  • Identify which content and topics generate the most engagement and appointments
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing marketing and social media performance
  • Use performance data to recommend improvements to content, posting frequency, outreach, and messaging
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and successful social media strategies
  • Maintain organized libraries of graphics, photos, videos, newsletters, templates, and other marketing materials
  • Continuously develop new ideas for growing the brand, increasing LinkedIn visibility, and generating more appointments
