Profile Requirements:

  • Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in social media, content creation, or video editing
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Experience creating TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content
  • Comfortable creating UGC-style content and being on camera (if required)
  • Strong Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
  • Ability to produce content quickly and consistently
  • Strong written communication skills for captions and messaging
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Core responsibilities:

  • Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Produce UGC-style content that feels authentic, relatable, and engaging
  • Develop content ideas, hooks, and scripts to improve performance
  • Film and edit videos showcasing the app, features, and use cases
  • Post and schedule content consistently across platforms
  • Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for reach and engagement
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize visibility
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and viral formats to apply to content
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
  • Track performance and adjust content strategy based on results
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting frequency
  • Collaborate on creative direction and messaging
  • Organize and manage content files and drafts
  • Assist in testing different content styles to improve engagement and growth
