As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop and test applications that support our core platform and digital capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

What you’ll be doing


  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions

  • Analyse and resolve technical and application issues

  • Contribute to system design and development planning

  • Deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities

  • Support secure and reliable software development practices

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technology initiatives


What you bring


You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.


Experience & Skills


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Software Engineer

  • Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and web technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript)

  • Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g. Git)

  • Experience with automated testing and Agile delivery environments

  • Understanding of software design principles and distributed systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vue.js, Docker or cloud-based services (e.g. GCP)

  • Exposure to NoSQL databases
