Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1-3  years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, technology delivery, cloud consulting, business applications, automation or a related customer-facing technical role.

  • Foundational technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, identity, security, data, integration or low-code development.

  • Experience explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, demonstrations or workshops.

  • Ability to learn quickly, work across teams, manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse or related agent and automation technologies.

  • Experience building prototypes, copilots, agents, workflows, applications or integrations using low-code or pro-code tools.
