Our Services group is growing and we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our winning team. As a Solution Architect at monday.com, you’ll play a critical role by helping our prospects and customers understand the value of our platform during both pre-sales and post-sales. You will unlock the unlimited potential of the monday.com platform by building customized and personalized solutions. 

You’ll be a trusted technical advisor for our largest and most complex implementations, designing solutions that use the monday.com Work OS in integrated environments. You'll work closely with our local sales, partners, and customer success teams, to ensure monday.com delivers the best value and service to our Enterprise and strategic clients.

About The Role:

  • Product SME with a deep technical knowledge, specialising on monday custom solutions such as monday apps and custom integrations that are built against the monday API, including hands-on experience.
  • Build and design complex and customised technical solutions for monday Enterprise customers specific needs
  • Support new deals from pre-sales stage to post sale delivery while playing an active role in designing and structuring the solution
  • Drive technical discussions with key technical stakeholders on the client side
  • Oversees end to end post-sales efforts to ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and functional standards
  • Work closely with the sales, CS, and partners teams, to advise and design creative solutions to fulfill customer requirements
  • Work closely with a delivery manager and service partner to track efforts and timelines
  • Mentor other team members and encourage knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a Solution Architect / technical professional service engineer / Technical Consultant, specifically within implementation of complex products.
  • Excellent knowledge of web standards such as HTTP, HTML, CSS and REST APIs
  • Deep understanding of concepts such as REST, SAML, OAuth2, AD/LDAP
  • Full-stack development experience with at least one frontend and backend frameworks (we prefer React & Node)
  • Experience and understanding of large scale cloud service providers (AWS/GCP/Azure/etc)
  • Excellent documentation skills/knowledge of architecture modeling languages
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask on simultaneous projects
  • Proven record in digesting complex business requirements and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

Other highly valued knowledge:

  • Familiarity with GraphQL and SCIM APIs is a plus
  • Knowledge of low code integration platforms such as Make.com, Zapier or Power Automate is a plus
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc
  • Experience on previous integration projects with : cloud players such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Atlassian, Service Now, etc. is a plus
