With 11 treatment rooms, vitality spa, steam room, infra-red sauna and experience shower facilities and outdoor terraces, it is a truly unique sanctuary for personalised self-care.

The Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Spa Receptionist, in this role you will deliver a warm, professional welcome, manage bookings and enquiries and support daily spa operations while ensuring a seamless five-star guest experience. This role requires flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and residents

  • Manage bookings, enquiries, and updates efficiently

  • Provide clear guidance on treatments and products

  • Gift card sales

  • Maintain presentation of reception and spa areas

  • Support daily operations and therapist coordination

  • Support management with stock take and any ad hoc tasks

  • Promote services and retail to enhance guest experience

  • Uphold five-star service standards at all times

About You:
You will bring experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or customer-facing environment, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting. A passion for wellness and hospitality, excellent communication skills, confidence using booking systems, and a polished, professional presentation are essential.

NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required for this position, as part of the role includes offering beverages to guests.
