About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Corporate Account Manager to ensure our customers thrive with our next-generation endpoint technology. In this full sales-cycle role, you'll serve as a proactive advocate for customers in the medium-to-large enterprise segment, driving high adoption rates to maximize customer satisfaction. You'll balance uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while partnering with our Renewals team to secure timely, value-driven renewals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Managed Services, etc.) to ensure your customer base realizes the full value of their investment.

  • Identify whitespace within accounts and develop value-based presentations to drive upgrades and cross-sells.

  • Manage the full renewal cycle—from initial meetings through negotiation, contract changes, and signature—ensuring customers renew at an escalated ARR rate.

  • Achieve quota for new sales growth within your customer base.

  • Champion your customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and cultivating new advocates.

  • Consult with existing customers to recommend complementary solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio and increase platform adoption.

  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth.

  • Deliver high-touch service, including escalating and coordinating support issues as needed.

  • Provide product feedback to the Product Management team, surfacing feature requests and enhancement ideas from your customers.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of full sales-cycle experience in account management or net-new logo acquisition, selling to a technical audience (engineers, IT, security, and related fields).

  • Cybersecurity sales experience is essential—a proven track record of selling security solutions to corporate/enterprise customers.

  • Full-cycle sales expertise: the ability to run discovery, manage the sales process end-to-end, handle objections, execute multi-faceted strategies (including partner collaboration), and close deals.

  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in an individually focused, quota- or metric-carrying role.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance diverse daily tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-engagement environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated across email, calls, client visits, presentations, and internal meetings.

  • Confidence in handling objections and negotiations.
