What you’ll do 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, based in Singapore, the Senior Marketing Manager will oversee various marketing efforts in the Asia Pacific region. In coordination with the regional and US-based corporate marketing team and regional sales leadership, this person will develop and execute marketing programs that raise awareness for the DV brand, support client communications and outreach efforts, assist with regional and local sales collateral development and facilitate lead generation and nurturing. This individual will be responsible for:


  • Planning and execute regional and local marketing and communication programs in partnership with the Marketing Director
  • Managing marketing materials, content localization and development of region and local-specific content and thought leadership
  • Coordinating efforts of local PR teams (press releases, bylines, media outreach) in alignment with corporate efforts
  • Regional event coordination and support (content and planning input, logistics, negotiating with vendors, event attendance, etc.)
  • Supporting the reconciliation of regional marketing P&L, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget
  • Localizing social media efforts, in coordination with corporate efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and leads to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Operations team to track and report on marketing program results in partnership with the Marketing Director

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in marketing or communications
  • Experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies within Asia Pacific preferably at an ad tech company, agency or media company
  • Hands-on experience of leading and executing on tailored campaigns involving a variety of marketing tactics such as events, webinars, partnerships, awards, paid media, CRM, content, etc., including budget management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong working knowledge of the media landscape and digital advertising ecosystem
  • Fluency in a Southeast Asian language will be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic – ability to manage projects independently in a hybrid working environment
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, etc and presentation proficiencies
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Splash a plus
