The Senior Sales Supervisor for Building Management Systems (BMS) is responsible for leading sales initiatives within the Australia and New Zealand markets. This role focuses on driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies while managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The Senior Sales Supervisor will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote BMS solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and sustainability in operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan for BMS tailored to the Australian and New Zealand markets. 
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning. 
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a highperformance culture. 
    • Set clear performance goals and expectations, conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. 
  • Customer Relationship Management 
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners. 
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, delivering tailored BMS solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Sales Performance Monitoring
    • Track and analyze sales data and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. 
    • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management and adjust strategies as necessary based on performance insights. 
  • Collaboration with Other Departments
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals. 
    • Provide feedback on product development about customer preferences and market demands. 
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats within the BMS sector. 
    • Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.      

 

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • 5+ years in sales management, ideally in BMS or related industry
  • Drive sales growth, win new customers, and build a strong pipeline
  • Lead and support the team to hit targets and succeed
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Track performance, report results, and ensure compliance
