Build, productionize, and operate strategic network cloud platforms on GCP. The role requires hands-on infrastructure engineering across IAM, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, observability, security controls, and production troubleshooting. Candidates should have experience moving cloud platforms from engineering into production and managing their ongoing operation rather than focusing primarily on architecture documentation.
Role
- Support the build, productionisation and ongoing operation of strategic Network Cloud platforms.
- This is not an architecture role. The candidate should be comfortable getting hands-on with GCP, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Containers, security controls, networking, observability and production troubleshooting.
- Ideal candidate should have experience taking cloud platforms from engineering into production and operating them, rather than primarily designing solutions or producing architecture artefacts.
GCP
- Strong, recent hands-on Google Cloud engineering experience.
- IAM, service accounts, workload identity/federation.
- VPC, routing, firewalling, private connectivity and cloud networking.
- GCP logging, monitoring and alerting.
- Cloud Run and container-based workloads.
- GKE/Kubernetes experience.
- Production troubleshooting within GCP.
