We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Perth Service Branch. reporting to the Parts Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department by providing timely support to internal teams and customers.

you will be responsible for managing parts movements, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining organised inventory systems.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support to internal teams and external customers regarding parts requests.
  • Assist with processing and dispatching parts orders to customers and service technicians.
  • Assemble, pack and dispatch parts orders accurately.
  • Receive incoming freight, inspect goods and ensure stock is correctly recorded and stored.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts movements and inventory transactions.
  • Conduct stock control activities including inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Identify core return parts and support remanufacturing processes where required.
  • Assist with distribution runs and parts deliveries to field service locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient stores environment.
  • Support the Parts team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or parts environment preferred.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of motivation with a results-focused approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
