  • Define and execute a clear territory plan with long-term strategic goals and growth targets.
  • Lead a cross-functional virtual team, including Partners, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Renewals, Services, and Business Development.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with customers in ANZ, earning trusted advisor status.
  • Champion Okta’s value through executive-level presentations, tailored demonstrations, and strategic engagements.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in identity, security, and cloud transformation.
  • Represent and embody Okta’s core values: Love Our Customers, Always Secure, Always On, Build and Own It, and Drive What’s Next.
  • Travel as needed to engage customers and key stakeholders.

  • A proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions to large Enterprise organisations.
  • Experience working with GSIs and partner channels to drive aligned customer success.
  • Strong new business development skills, with deep account planning and execution capabilities.
  • A curious, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with solution selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is preferred.
