We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Accounts and Asset Consultant team at Perpetual. You will provide support to our Strategic Accounts and Asset Consultant team, ensuring we maintain our focus on client relationships and business development within key accounts.
About the Role
Join our dynamic team in Perpetual Group! As the Strategic Accounts Associate, you will:
Handle client requests efficiently, ensuring every interaction is smooth and satisfying.
Drive and manage sales activities within the team, turning opportunities into successes.
Analyse sales information, including funds flow, approved lists, and reports to identify sales opportunities.
Lead the team in coordinating and documenting high-value engagements via Salesforce.
Provide exceptional service to external stakeholders, including advisers, key contacts, and clients, communicating fund performance, stocks, and market economics.
Manage and analyse information to identify sales opportunities and provide detailed analysis on Perpetual products and competitors.
Collaborate with Investment Specialists and Marketing teams to prepare presentations and client-focused content.
Plan and coordinate client functions.
Assist with the completion of Asset Consultant and Strategic Accounts rolling account plans, state-based initiatives within dealer groups, and sponsorship requests.
About You.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (e.g., DFP / FINSIA courses).
Currently studying CIMA or an equivalent qualification is a plus.
Proven time management skills.
Exceptional organisational abilities.
Strong customer service skills and a solid work ethic.
