About the role and team

Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As a Strategic Client Partner for Uber for Business (U4B), you will act as a trusted advisor to our largest global enterprise customers, ensuring they realize tangible business value from our platform. This role is about more than maintaining accounts; it is about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment where you must earn trust quickly and navigate deep internal and external complexity.

The pace here is intense, requiring you to make big decisions and own the outcomes while managing high-stakes relationships. You will need to remain resilient and resourceful when solving problems that don't come with a script, balancing the exciting scale of global impact with the challenging reality of shifting priorities and ambiguous goals. This is a place for those who thrive on ownership and are energized by the "messy" reality of doing big things at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build and grow long-term partnerships by deeply understanding the business drivers and strategies that matter most to our strategic customers.
  • Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock new use cases and expansion opportunities for clients across the global Uber platform.
  • Lead complex project management for platform implementations, ensuring high accuracy and communication standards even when timelines are tight.
  • Collaborate across operations, product, and legal teams to resolve blockers and shape solutions that scale across multiple global regions.
  • Manage pipelines and account growth with discipline, staying resilient through tough negotiations and the inevitable "no."
  • Communicate clearly and influence without authority to align executive stakeholders on a shared vision for long-term success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in a quota-carrying role as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Experience with growing revenue from enterprise accounts with existing revenue.
  • Proficiency in data-driven relationship management.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise business relationships ($500M-$2B in revenue).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Consulting, Technology, or Financial Services industries.
  • Ability to demonstrate systems thinking while navigating complex, global accounts across multiple time zones.
  • Proven success in initiating and developing ecosystem relationships that drive measurable financial results.
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to C-level executives in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a focus on resolving differences to achieve shared goals.
