  • Collaborate with teams across BDO to bring together relevant expertise and deliver valuable, practical advice to clients

  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, RFPs and other business development activities

About You

Our successful candidate is naturally inquisitive about how organisations operate, the challenges they face and the opportunities available to improve performance. You will bring a structured and analytical approach to solving complex problems, be comfortable working through ambiguity, and enjoy translating insights into practical outcomes for clients.

You will also have:

  • An understanding of how strategy translates into organisational priorities, operating models, transformation initiatives and improved performance

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and build effective working relationships

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and client commitments while maintaining quality and attention to detail

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the initiative to take ownership and work effectively with appropriate autonomy

Qualifications and Experience required
