As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts. You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with ‘Perfect Store’ standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.

Job Description

TERRITORY OWNERSHIP

You will take pride in the ownership of your designated geographical patch delivering against our key targets and metrics to deliver executional excellence across a variety of Independent, corporate grocery and P&C accounts. You will build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory. You will master power selling sales techniques and embrace our Red Bull MVP mantra and values.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You will strategically approach a defined geographical territory, whilst completing all allocated calls. Execute effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity. Also, help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers. You will master converting new business leads in non-traditional channels.

LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS

You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads. You will drive the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards and executional excellence. You will win "cold can" and cashier placement in all channels. Also, help Increase product distribution and availability in all channels while enhancing Red Bull's share of space in-store using category insights.

SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS

You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, driving the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards. You will presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts.

Qualifications

2+ years sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred but not essential

Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships

Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness

Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

A valid and full driver’s license is required

Proficient in written and verbal English
