Superannuation Product Analyst
Location : Melbourne / Brisbane / Sydney / Wollongong

We are looking for someone to support our Head of Product in executing product delivery across our superannuation administration ecosystem. You will work in cross-functional teams alongside in SuperConnector, Acurity, and Legislation, supporting the execution of product roadmaps and driving initiatives across Acurity (registry), SuperConnector (SuperStream gateway and employer portal), and legislative product requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Product and product teams in executing agreed roadmap items

  • Develop and refine product requirements and specifications based on roadmap direction

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to unblock delivery

  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers appropriately

  • Support feature delivery across Acurity, including registry operations, member record management, and compliance-driven work

  • Work with the Head of Legislation to understand regulatory changes and translate them into product impact and delivery support

  • Ensure alignment between Acurity, SuperConnector, and legislative requirements across teams

  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and design in delivery teams

  • Support stakeholder communication on shared initiatives and delivery status

  • Contribute to analysis and decision-making on trade-offs and prioritisation

  • Partner with Operations, Product, Risk, and Technology teams

  • Work closely with Head of Product (Acurity), Head of Product Legislation and SuperConnector Product Manager

Skills required:

  •  At least 5 + years in product management, business analysis, product strategy, or related roles

  • Proven experience in superannuation or financial services is a must

  • Track record of supporting product delivery end-to-end, from requirements definition through launch

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate across technical and business disciplines

  • Technology awareness: Informed about modern development practices, data capabilities, and emerging technologies (including AI); understands what is possible and how it applies to product goal
