This is a busy, varied coordination role that sits at the heart of our site operations. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across supply chain, procurement, and day-to-day site activities—helping ensure materials, orders, and suppliers are all aligned.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Assist with ordering and coordinating raw materials (resin) and deliveries
- Work with suppliers and external partners to track orders and resolve day-to-day queries
- Monitor inventory movements and support stocktakes
- Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Help manage site consumables, office supplies, and general purchasing
- Support supplier setup and data management in SAP
- Assist with basic production scheduling and tracking
- Monitor open and overdue orders
- Help maintain accurate data in planning systems
- Provide general admin support across the site (printing, organising, coordination tasks)
- Support site facilities coordination, contractors, and day-to-day office needs (e.g. catering, visitors logistics, cleaning contractor management etc.)
- Assist with reporting and tracking of key metrics

- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A proactive, “happy to help” attitude
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
