The role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to identify operational efficiency and cost savings across warehouse operations, transport, and distribution networks.

This role will leverage advanced data analytics, modeling, and business insights to identify optimization opportunities, improve service levels, and deliver measurable financial benefits.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, quantify, and deliver cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution network

  • Build and track savings pipelines, ensuring initiatives are measurable and realized

  •  Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies, cost drivers, service bottlenecks

  • Apply advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, scenario simulations (what-if analysis)

  • Support network design and reconfiguration projects

  • Analyze warehouse location strategy, inventory placements, and service level vs cost trade-offs

  • Evaluate impact of demand changes, growth scenarios, and new market entries

  • Define and track critical KPIs:

    • Cost per unit / tonne

    • Warehouse productivity metrics

    • Transport cost per km / route

    • Inventory days (DIO), service levels

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with warehouse and distribution, 3PL service provider, planning team, IT / Digital teams

  • Translate analytical insights into actionable operational improvements

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field

  • Or experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, operations improvement

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), Power BI / Tableau, Python / R / SQL (will be plus)

  • Experience with: ERP/WMS/TMS data environments (e.g., SAP) would be a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to translate data into business actions

  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma preferred)
