  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key operational metrics (e.g. labour utilisation, waste, OEE).
  • Maintain and monitor standard cost data, analyse production variances and COGS, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Build cost models for new manufacturing scenarios and deliver variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Plant Managers, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of initiatives and supplier contracts.
  • Provide financial support for audits, compliance, ESG initiatives, and DoA adherence.
  • Play an active role in cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in a finance role with direct exposure to manufacturing operations (essential).
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modelling) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. JDE, D365).
  • Clear communicator, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

  • Career growth: Access to structured development opportunities to support your professional advancement.
  • Employee benefits: Enjoy generous staff discounts on our premium products.
  • Great culture: Be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your contribution makes an impact.
