Advancy Australia is the right place for you, if you have:

  • 1-3 years experience with a strategy consulting firm, investment bank or other relevant industry (e.g. Private Equity, FMCG)

  • First class analytical skills and a high level of motivation

  • A strong academic background with a sense of intellectual curiosity

  • The ability to think about complex commercial problems logically and creatively

  • A can-do attitude, patience, and a sense of humour

  • The ability to work as part of a team with outstanding communication and leadership skills
