  • Deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, remediation activities, backup solutions and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and risks before customers transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.
  • Document customer environments, create network and infrastructure diagrams, and provide clear technical recommendations and handovers.
  • Collaborate with Transition Managers, Service Desk, Systems, Network and Security teams to deliver onboarding projects on time.
  • Build strong customer relationships, communicate technical concepts clearly, and provide a seamless onboarding experience from discovery through to transition.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering or a Managed Services (MSP) environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Solid networking knowledge across DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VLANs.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments.
  • Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, endpoint management and remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms.
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel regularly across Australia.
