We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to help maintain and improve Lendi Group’s enterprise identity services. You’ll work across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint and connected cloud and on-premises systems, helping ensure identity services and integrations remain secure, reliable and available.

This is a hands-on role spanning identity administration, infrastructure operations, troubleshooting and automation. You’ll support SailPoint IQService components and Linux-based Virtual Appliances, build and maintain workflows, and work with infrastructure, security, application and vendor teams to resolve complex issues and improve how identity services operate.

The salary range for this role is $80,000−90,000 base salary + superannuation.

  • Administer and maintain enterprise identity services across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Windows Server-hosted services and Linux-based Virtual Appliances.
  • Install, configure and maintain SailPoint IQService connectivity components on Windows Server, and administer Linux Virtual Appliances that support secure identity provisioning between cloud platforms, directories and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor service health, availability and performance; perform health checks, controlled service or appliance restarts, and post-maintenance validation.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, server, service and integration incidents across Azure and on-premises environments, analysing service status, logs, workflow executions and connectivity.
  • Manage users, groups, access permissions, identity lifecycle operations and role-based access controls in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory; conduct User Access Reviews and maintain audit evidence.
  • Design and maintain identity workflows using Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, Functions, PowerShell, Python and Tracecat, including Hybrid Workers and their Windows Server environments.
  • Develop and support integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and scripting; configure and administer Azure Table Storage and Tracecat Tables used by identity workflows.
  • Document technical solutions and collaborate with infrastructure, security, application and vendor teams to investigate complex issues and improve reliability, security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on capability administering identity services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and SailPoint, or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to work across Windows Server and Linux environments and troubleshoot service dependencies and network connectivity between systems.
  • Practical scripting or automation skills, particularly with PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and automation, such as Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Functions or Hybrid Workers.
  • Understanding of API-based integrations, with experience using Microsoft Graph or REST APIs beneficial.
  • Careful and methodical approach to access management, identity lifecycle operations, User Access Reviews and audit evidence.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, including the ability to document findings and work constructively with technical teams and vendors.
