We offer:

  • Define and support verification and test strategies to ensure system performance, security, and compliance
  • Contribute to design reviews, technical decision-making, and trade studies
  • Support system certification, safety, and airworthiness activities (where applicable)
  • Identify and resolve cross-domain system issues and integration risks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

Essential:

  • Experience applying systems engineering practices to complex IT or mission systems
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and integrate outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical issues into clear decisions
  • Experience developing engineering artefacts (requirements, ICDs, test plans, etc.)
  • Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Current NV1 security clearance
  • Eligibility to access ITAR-controlled technology

Desirable:

  • Experience in Defence, aerospace, or regulated environments
  • Exposure to software development and integration environments
  • Knowledge of satellite communications or secure networks
  • Experience working within ASDEFCON frameworks
  • Chartered or working toward CPEng / RPEQ

All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding an NV1 Clearance or above should apply.

What we will offer you:

· Flexible working

· Competitive salary (including annual reviews)
