About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Enterprise Account Executive - Tableau & AnalyticsWe help people see, understand, and act on data.
As part of Salesforce, Tableau is transforming how organisations make decisions by bringing insights directly into the flow of work. We are leading the next frontier of business intelligence, where AI-powered analytics makes data more accessible, conversational, and predictive for everyone — not just the experts.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive — Tableau & Analytics who is ready to help our largest, most strategic customers transition from simply viewing data to using it as a strategic, intelligent asset.
Day to Day:
You will be the strategic lead for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, partnering with large, complex organisations to modernise their data strategy at scale. You will position Tableau as the essential layer of intelligence that helps enterprise customers make sense of their entire business landscape.

  • Enterprise Territory Leadership: Create and execute account plans across your named enterprise accounts, aligning advanced analytics and AI capabilities with each customer's core business objectives.
  • Driving Intelligent Outcomes: Meet and exceed enterprise sales goals by identifying opportunities where AI-driven insights can solve complex, cross-functional problems and create tangible, board-level ROI.
  • Orchestrating the Team: Lead a matrixed "squad" of Sales Consultants, Marketing, and Success professionals to deliver a unified, high-value experience across large, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Navigating the Complex: Manage long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles — from prospecting and lead qualification through procurement, negotiation, and closing.
  • Operational Excellence: Use the Salesforce platform to manage a high-value pipeline with precision, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop deep expertise in enterprise industry challenges to ensure customers are successfully adopting and scaling their data culture across the organisation.

About You:

  • The Enterprise Specialist: You have significant experience in enterprise field-based software sales, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and consistently exceeding quota at scale.
  • The Future-Focused Seller: You understand that the world is moving toward AI-augmented decision-making. You can articulate how smart, automated insights change the game for a large, complex business.
  • Entrepreneurial & Resourceful: You treat your enterprise territory like your own business. You are highly driven, self-directed, and thrive in an environment of growth and change.
  • The Strategic Navigator: You are skilled at building consensus across large, matrixed organisations, moving comfortably from technical discussions with practitioners to C-suite value propositions with executives.
  • Excellent Communicator: You know how to tell a story with data. You lead with clarity, empathy, and a focus on the customer's enterprise-wide success.
  • Company Builder: You are always looking for ways to improve the team, including a constant eye for top talent to join our mission.
