The role

At Crown Resorts, we create elevated experiences — and it all starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Crown Sydney team, where you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent across our Barangaroo property.

Based on-site, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across a diverse volume and operations portfolio. You’ll partner with leaders, influence hiring decisions and deliver a seamless, experience-led recruitment process - bringing the best talent to Crown.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where no two days are the same. If you have experience running high-volume operational recruitment campaigns, a passion for candidate experience, and ready to add value to a diverse, exciting and iconic hospitality brand - we'd love to hear from you!

You'll be:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on attraction, selection and hiring decisions.

  • Delivering high-volume and project recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Developing pro-active talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.

  • Collaborating with recruitment marketing to enhance employer brand and candidate attraction.

  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and advice.

  • Ensuring recruitment compliance, reporting accuracy and adherence to policies and processes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally across volume or operational roles (hospitality, retail or similar is advantageous)

  • Ability to drive consistent results and adapt to changing needs of the business

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confidence advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience using recruitment HRIS systems (we use Workday)

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, compliance and labour market trends

To be considered, you must have permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights.

On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning. To see our range of benefits and opportunities visit Crown Resorts Careers.
