We’re actively expanding our Talent Acquisition team to support with growth-focused projects across ANZ. There has never been a more exciting time to join as we carve new recruitment strategies across the region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a natural drive and aptitude for building relationships to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within a Fortune 500 company.

What You’ll Do

  • Screen and assess candidates for high‑volume roles, ensuring we engage, hire and nurture the best talent on the market
  • Proactively source hard‑to‑fill roles, using a variety of channels and creative sourcing strategies - we're a team that encourage blue sky thinking and collaboration

  • Create engaging candidate experiences by supporting them throughout the recruiting lifecycle, keeping candidates engaged and informed
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Stay on top of market trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve how we attract talent

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a range of multi-talented individuals to bolster our current TA team, however, no matter what level of experience, we are searching for the below skills and traits.

  • A people person – you’re naturally curious about what motivates candidates and know how to engage them
  • A proactive sourcer – you don’t wait for applications; you go out and find the best talent
  • An adaptable multitasker – you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • A recruitment enthusiast – experience in talent acquisition (agency or in‑house) is a plus, but not essential
  • A tech‑savvy recruiter – experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, SEEK, or similar platforms is preferred
