What success looks like in this role:

Fixed Term role– 6 Months
 

Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support one of Unisys’s strategic and fast paced accounts. This is a high impact, time bound role for six months where your work will directly influence operational readiness and delivery success across a major account in Australia.

This position is ideal for a TA professional who values accuracy, pace, strong collaboration and exceptional candidate experience.

Experience working with security cleared candidates, will be highly beneficial given the sensitivity and compliance expectations of the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Talent Acquisition support and advisory guidance to stakeholders across a large multifunctional organizational unit

  • Lead and manage complex technical, professional and senior level hiring within assigned areas

  • Work closely with hiring leaders to design and execute internal, external and contractor sourcing strategies

  • Identify and engage candidates across a range of roles including high volume and niche hiring

  • Proactively highlight recruitment challenges and propose practical solutions that strengthen hiring outcomes

  • Drive candidate negotiations and closing strategies tailored to market and business needs

  • Manage external agency partnerships, monitor performance and ensure alignment with delivery expectations

  • Ensure a high quality candidate and hiring manager experience at every step of the recruitment process

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition across technical, professional or senior hiring

  • Prior experience working with security cleared talent is highly desirable

  • Strong sourcing, negotiation and closing capabilities

  • Experience managing agencies or high-volume pipelines is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate effectively with global teams
