Your Role & Team

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 3–4 month contract, supporting a period of increased hiring activity across CreditorWatch.

This is a highly hands-on recruitment role, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market hiring. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and engaging candidates through to interview, offer and close.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers, you’ll build quality talent pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help us secure great people quickly.

This role will suit a recruiter who hits the ground running, enjoys working at pace and is passionate about finding and securing great talent.

Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across allocated roles, with a focus on GTM hiring.
  • Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and talent pools.
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted talent mapping.
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates against role and cultural requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer and acceptance.
  • Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience at every stage.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback and recruitment updates.
  • Promote CreditorWatch’s EVP and effectively sell our roles to prospective candidates.
  • Leverage recruitment technology, sourcing tools and AI to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining pace, quality and attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate
  • 4+ years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house.
  • Experience recruiting GTM, sales, BDM, Account Management or commercial roles.
  • Strong direct sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter capability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong candidate assessment, engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on recruitment outcomes.
  • Comfortable using ATS, sourcing and recruitment technology.
  • Proactive, energetic and resilient, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to ramp up quickly, work autonomously and deliver results from day one.
  • Passionate about recruitment and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
