The Position:

KAYAK/OpenTable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for Product Engineering, Sales and Services, Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Marketing, Finance and Accounting in APAC.

You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about diversity, candidate experience and strives to be a key resource for the business.

In this role, you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis).
• Schedule interviews and manage general candidate communication
• Attract the best talent and engage passive candidates through networking, online databases, active sourcing, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Represent as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining employment brands.
• Continually build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions.
• Pipeline of talent for future roles.
• Craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.

Please apply if:

• 5 years or more of proven technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment environment.
• Demonstrable track record as a trusted adviser to hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with prioritisation.
• Communicate, interact, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates.
• Adaptable and flexible to work within a distributed team.
• Creative and innovative, passionate about building positive relationships.
• Previous recruiting experience in India for technical roles is a plus -  for roles such as Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Product Manager and Product Designer
• Comfortable with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones
