What you’ll be doing:  

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hastings Deering, you will:  
 

  • Deliver end‑to‑end talent acquisition across a Corporate Functions portfolio, partnering with leaders to understand role requirements and deliver fit‑for‑purpose hiring outcomes  

  • Proactively source and attract talent using a mix of advertising, direct sourcing, and talent pooling strategies  

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to ensure recruitment is timely, consistent, and aligned to business needs  

  • Contribute to workforce planning activities, including support of early careers, graduate, and broader talent programs aligned to future capability needs  

  • Provide a high‑quality, values‑led candidate experience, representing the Hastings Deering employer brand 

 

What you’ll need:  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a large, diverse organisation  

  • Proven and demonstrated ability to drive and manage end to end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment 

  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes 

  • Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using HRIS and or multi-media platforms for advertising.
