Your Mission:
It is a contract-based role until end of June. Own and develop recruitment strategies and recruitment activities in partnership with leaders.
Who are you? You consider yourself:
- A trusted recruiter with a track record in a sourcing or end to end function, ideally from an in-house SaaS environment
- Strong ability to source, engage, attract, influence and negotiate to secure the best fit to role and organisational culture through networks and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS
- Previous experience using BambooHR
- Strong skills in building partnership and relationships with the team
- Inclusive style and positive contributor to PropertyMe’s culture
This role will:
- Manage end to end recruitment activities
- Develop sourcing strategies for critical roles, proactive search and management of LinkedIn and ATS
- Enhance PropertyMe’s Employer Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention
- Ad hoc duties to support the People & Culture Manager
