Your Mission:  
It is a contract-based role until end of June. Own and develop recruitment strategies and recruitment activities in partnership with leaders.
 
Who are you? You consider yourself: 
 

  • A trusted recruiter with a track record in a sourcing or end to end function, ideally from an in-house SaaS environment
  • Strong ability to source, engage, attract, influence and negotiate to secure the best fit to role and organisational culture through networks and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS
  • Previous experience using BambooHR
  • Strong skills in building partnership and relationships with the team
  • Inclusive style and positive contributor to PropertyMe’s culture 

 

This role will: 
 

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities
  • Develop sourcing strategies for critical roles, proactive search and management of LinkedIn and ATS 
  • Enhance PropertyMe’s Employer Value Proposition to support talent attraction and retention 
  • Ad hoc duties to support the People & Culture Manager
