We are looking for a Talent & Culture Advisor to join our team in Perth. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality services across the employee lifecycle and the general business. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll facilitate payroll processing, onboarding of employees, HR administration and the continuous improvement of our operations.
- Preparing employment contracts, variations, and related documentation
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinating probation reviews and employment changes
- Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS
- Processing of fortnightly payroll for Australia & Europe
- Reviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changes
- Supporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controls
- Contributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiency
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systems
- Conducting regular data audits and validation checks
- Generating HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and leadership reporting
- Identifying trends and insights to inform process and policy improvements
- Must have experience in payroll processing, experience using Definitiv or similar systems an advantage
- HR Generalist experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
