The Opportunity
The Team Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Tax, Planning & Analysis and Head of Treasury, ensuring seamless execution of their responsibilities and enabling focus on strategic priorities. This role manages schedules, communications, and team coordination while driving operational excellence across the Finance function.
What you’ll bring to the role
Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Tax, Planning & Analysis and Head of Treasury, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Assist with Tax and ATO administration and ensure accurate execution and storage of tax-related documents to maintain compliance.
Organise meetings, team events, and onboarding activities while driving operational excellence across the Finance function.
Process expense claims, purchase orders, and reimbursements, and manage document preparation and reporting.
Contribute to a high-performance culture by collaborating across the Finance team and modelling Dexus values.
About You
Solid experience in executive or administrative support roles, ideally within finance or property environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and workflows
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and proactive approach to improving processes, while building strong stakeholder relationships.
