The Opportunity
Due to an internal transition within QBE, we have an opening for a skilled Team Coordinator to join our Workers Insurance, Nominal Insurer Business.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Nominal Insurer, providing essential administrative guidance to the team and working closely with the Nominal Insurer Leadership Team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Attend and actively contribute to meetings with internal and external stakeholders
-
Triage and action IT-related requests
-
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and take minutes
-
Manage diaries and schedules
-
Prepare reports and deliver executive summaries
-
Handle multiple inboxes
-
Process financial accounts and banking
-
Manage travel and accommodation bookings
-
Oversee mail management
Your Story So Far
-
Previous experience in administration support or personal assistant roles, with a strong ability to organise and multitask
-
Ability to handle sensitive business information with the highest level of confidentiality
-
Experience in workers compensation is an advantage, but not essential
-
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and planning and time management skills
-
Proficient in IT, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and a confident communicator
