As part of the continued growth of our Prospect operation, we are seeking experienced and people-focused Team Managers to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large operational teams within a fast-paced distribution environment while contributing to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading cold storage and logistics providers.

Multiple Opportunities Available

  • Team Manager – Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift
  • Team Manager – Sunday to Thursday AM Shift
  • Team Manager – Tuesday to Saturday AM Shift


What You'll Do

Reporting to the Production Manager on shift, you will be responsible for leading frontline warehouse operations and ensuring your team consistently delivers safe, productive and customer-focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing operational teams to achieve performance objectives
  • Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site safety procedures
  • Managing labour utilisation and operational productivity to meet customer requirements
  • Monitoring and achieving operational KPIs relating to safety, service, quality and productivity
  • Managing employee engagement, performance and capability development
  • Coordinating workflow across internal departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting workforce planning, rostering and operational execution across your shift


What Experience and Education You Need

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced operational setting
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools is advantageous
  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent experience would be highly regarded
