Our innovative technology solutions provide invaluable support for our clients and we pride ourselves on understanding our clients and delivering insights and creative solutions as we help them lead their businesses into the future. Our team is energised about what we do, what we've achieved and the momentum behind where we're headed.

Do work that matters

As a Team Manager leading a team of Associates and Senior Associates, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, credit quality, and risk hygiene. You’ll be responsible for driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service.

You’ll oversee the timely execution of credit-related activities such as annual reviews, covenant monitoring, and facility management, ensuring compliance and accuracy across systems like CommSee and A360. Where required, you will work with risk to ensure these submissions are progressed in the most efficient manner. You’ll lead monthly assurance checks, manage operational risk incidents, and ensure your team are equipped with the right tools, access, and training to succeed.

Your leadership will extend to recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development. You’ll be the go-to for credit policy and process guidance, and you’ll step in to support delivery when needed, demonstrating your deep understanding of credit frameworks and risk management.

You’ll also contribute to broader business outcomes by preparing insights for monthly risk and financial risk committee meetings, reviewing assurance results, and identifying opportunities to challenge or improve outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Associates and Senior Associates;

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of credit and risk activities, including covenant checks, annual reviews, and facility tenor extensions;

  • Use RiskInSite to manage operational risk and compliance incidents by logging events, analysing root causes, implementing corrective actions, and documenting lessons learned;

  • Monitor key reports such as Aged Valuation, CAA register, and MCG Unsecured portfolios;

  • Prepare and contribute to monthly risk and assurance forums;

  • Act as a subject matter expert for credit knowledge, policy, procedures, and the CCL/FA Pathway;

  • Support delivery when required to meet deadlines or cover resourcing gaps.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Are an experienced or aspiring leader with a passion for coaching and developing others;

  • Have strong credit and risk management experience, ideally in property lending;

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to operational risk and compliance;

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing competing priorities;

  • Are highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset;

  • Have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style;

  • Are confident using data and technology to drive insights and performance;

  • Bring a deep understanding of credit processes, policies, and systems, with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance across all credit-related activities.
