Tech Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting gap and impact analyses, managing stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end release and change activities. The role requires financial products and credit and market risk domain knowledge, strong SQL skills for complex data analysis and validation, and experience assessing upstream and downstream data flows across systems.
- 8-10 years of experience with strong Business Analysis skillset including requirement gathering, gap/impact analysis, and preparing high‑quality requirement documents (BRD/FRD/Jira).
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive clarity in requirements.
- Works effectively as an individual contributor, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Understanding of financial products, Credit and Market risk domain data flows and Market data
- Strong SQL proficiency with ability to perform detailed data analysis and validation across complex systems.
- Experience working with upstream and downstream system landscapes, ensuring accurate data flow and impact assessment.
- Proven ownership of end‑to‑end release and change management activities.
