Your Day-to-Day

- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust analytics infrastructure that support growing business needs.
- Communicate seamlessly across R&D teams to manage dependencies and risks while ensuring smooth collaboration with Product teams.
- Provide tactical leadership to align engineering execution with product vision.
- Mentor and inspire analytics engineers, fostering a high-performing and growth-focused team culture.
What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of experience working with analytics, data platforms, and databases.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams.
- Proven expertise in Agile planning and execution.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL technologies.
- Mastery of modern analytics platforms like Snowflake and Jasper.
- A passion for data visualization—turning raw numbers into stories that drive business outcomes.
