What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting Microsoft AD, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
  • Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls and networks
  • Working across modern cloud platforms including Azure, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix and AWS
  • Opportunities to work alongside senior engineers on project delivery
  • Collaborating with teammates to keep customer environments secure, stable and performing well
  • Building trusted relationships with the people you support

RequirementsWhat You'll Bring
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments and end users
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Exchange and cloud technologies
  • Confidence working across desktops, servers and networking
  • Experience using ticketing systems and keeping customers informed
  • Great communication, genuine curiosity and a love of solving problems
  • A team-first attitude and the desire to keep learning
