Gathers and documents requirements, translates business needs into technical deliverables, supports application troubleshooting, and engages business and technical stakeholders. Performs testing, release coordination, meeting administration, status reporting, and project support. Identifies risks, issues, and dependencies while working independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Detailed JD:
- The role will primarily support Marketing
Technology (MarTech) initiatives, including loyalty, offers, gaming, CRM,
DMB CMS, and customer engagement platforms.
- Able to work on-site at the McDonald's
Thornleigh office as required.
- Demonstrated Business Technical Analyst
(BTA) skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation,
and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive and able to work independently
in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining
quality and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business
stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting
business applications.
- Well organised, prepared for meetings, and
able to provide clear and timely status updates.
- Able to work with ambiguous requirements,
clarify expected outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable
